ABOUT
Our club meets the 4th Tuesday of each month. We have day/night meetings, offered at 2 different locations. Please see our calendar page for dates/time/place of each meeting and event.
Each year in April we have a fundraising plant sale. Our club offers scholarships to local high school seniors, leaving for college to further their education in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and horticulture. This is our main fundraiser for the year.
Meetings and Activities
Gardeners are forever searching for the perfect gardening solution to help with a pesky problem or how to achieve that flawless garden specimen and Sutter Buttes Garden Club gardeners are no exception. Sutter Buttes Garden Club has ten general meetings each year where experts in their field provide information on a variety of different gardening interests and offer solutions on how to resolve those annoying, irritating, gardening issues.
Several outings with a focus on horticulture are planned throughout the year for the enjoyment and ongoing education of the membership.
Beautification
Members of Sutter Buttes Garden Club take great pride of their role in helping to maintain
public gardens throughout our community. Volunteers enjoy working in the following
